Stefan and Janet Salyer took over Victory Van Rentals in September 2015, following Stefan's retirement from a 31-year career at the power company. Married since 1985, the Salyers have three children and seven grandchildren. Their transition into business ownership was aimed at making their retirement fulfilling, and it has indeed proven to be so.

Since acquiring Victory Van Rentals, the Salyers have expanded the fleet significantly. Currently, the fleet comprises ten 15-passenger vans, a 7-passenger van, and two 8-passenger vans, one of which is handicap accessible. They continuously update and grow the fleet to meet the demands of their clientele.

The rental vehicles cater to diverse needs. While church groups and functions represent the most frequent renters, the vans also serve school groups, vacationers, corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, attendees of football games, travelers heading out west, and occasional local sporting events such as those at Bristol Motor Speedway.
